Residential Roofing

Most homes on the Gulf Coast need a roof sooner than the shingle warranty suggests. Salt air, UV and named storms age a roof faster here than almost anywhere in the country. We replace and repair residential roofs across Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties, and most replacements are done in a single day.
What we install
Asphalt and architectural shingle, standing seam and 5V crimp metal, and low-slope membrane where the roofline calls for it. As a GAF Master Elite contractor we install the full Timberline HDZ and UHDZ line, which lets us offer the Golden Pledge warranty most roofers cannot.
Repair or replace
One leak can usually be patched. Repeated water intrusion normally means the roof system itself is failing. We walk the roof, photograph what we find — granule loss, lifted shingles, flashing, pipe boots, decking — and tell you plainly which one you are looking at.
Insurance claims
If a named storm is involved we document the damage the way an adjuster expects to see it and coordinate with your carrier through the claim.

- Most residential replacements take one to two days. You get a timeline before we start, and the old roof leaves with us the same day.
- Do you offer financing?
- Yes — ask about financing options when we scope the project.
- What warranty comes with the roof?
- As a GAF Master Elite President’s Club contractor we can register qualifying roofs for the GAF Golden Pledge Limited Warranty, which covers both material and workmanship.
